1. Processing Your Order
    • Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order in our system.
    • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
    • Changes to Orders: If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
    2. Shipping Methods and Times
      • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 to the contiguous United States. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-8 business days.
      • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These options and costs will be presented at checkout.
      • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. But stay tuned, we might expand internationally in the future!
      • Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver orders, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination.
      3. Tracking Your Order

        Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress to your doorstep.

        4. Delivery
          • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
          • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
